CNA / Caregivers

Great Oaks Senior Living in Monroe is currently seeking motivated employees for the following positions: CARE ASSISTANT CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT Day Shift-12 hours Night Shift-12 hours PURPOSE OF POSITION: To provide your assigned residents with routine daily assistance in accordance with our established resident care procedures, and as directed by your supervisor and/or the Administrator. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to read and write the English language. Must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent. Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State of Georgia is a plus, but not required. Must portray a professional appearance and have good communication skills. Certified Nursing Assistants will earn a $.50/hour pay differential. All Caregivers and CNA's are eligible for a $2.00 - $2.50/hour attendance differential per pay period. For this type of employment, state law requires a national and state background check as a condition of employment. HOURS/SHIFTS: Full time, 12 hour shifts - 1st and 2nd shifts needed. Must be able to work weekends and have flexibility with schedule Full time employees earn 2 weeks of paid vacation per year, and are eligible for our Medical, Dental, Vision and Disability insurances.
