Accurate Home Care and its Home Health service line is growing and adding an LPN Visit Nurse to its team in the Minneapolis/St.Paul Metro area. Who are we? Our knowledge and fun create a memorable experience for our patients. The LPN Visit Nurse plays a key role in direct nursing care in the patient home. What’s in it for me? Complete patient visits as needed under the direction of the RN Case Manager. Participates in the implementation and oversight of nursing and home health aide services. Nursing skills may include phlebotomy, wound care, catheter care, medication management and patient education.
