1. Ongoing, responsible supervision of consumers to assure safety, comfort, and protection of individual rights. 2. Support, and assistance, as needed, for all aspects of self-care and daily living. 3. Effective training, as directed, to result in the learning of new skills, community integration, and achieving consumer outcomes. 4. To document (write) and record events, activities, training sessions, and progress through daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual reports.
