Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description
PRN but scheduled positions of CNA/ RA for evening and night shift openings. Provide overall direct care services for Assisted Living, Level II residents. Ensure residents' well being by responding to their requests promptly. Perform daily duties, including, but not limited to: household chores; personal hygiene activities of daily living; and assist with other operational tasks needed at the Community. If CNA must show valid AR license. Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, twist, bend, squat, kneel, crouch and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Offer shift differential for evening and night shifts.
