Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description
Absolute Care Management Corporation (ACMC) Jonesboro Agency is looking for qualified and compassionate Full/Part Time Caregivers weekdays to join our team of experienced employees Jonesboro, Paragould and Newport and surrounding areas. We provide a variety of in-home, non-medical services to seniors, adults with disabilities, children with disabilities, & any individual needing assistance with activities of daily living.
This is an immediate opening!

Responsibilities & Duties
Duties include, but not limited to:
· Assistance with bathing & grooming
· Mobility assistance
· Meal preparation
· Medication reminders
· Appointment reminders & transportation scheduling
· Running errands
· Light housekeeping
· Respite services
Requirements to become an ACMC caregiver are:
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· Pass a drug screen
· Complete a criminal background check
· Must have smartphone
· Must have PCA or CNA certification
Qualifications & Skills
· Ability to understand verbal & written instructions
· Must maintain confidentiality within the company.
· Travel up to 30 miles
· Serve and assist clients
· Ability to treat clients & their property with respect
· Willingness to communicate with office staff
