Paid Nurse Aide Training

Position Type: Full-Time Remote: No Entity: Genesis Overview Pheasant Wood Center is now hiring for the Paid Nurse Aide Training!Upon completing the course, passing the state exam and applying for the LNA license, new hires will fill either the 3-11 PM or 11 PM - 7 AM, shifts. These are full-time positions that receive shift differentials.Full-time employees may be eligible for Mod Comp, which is an additional 25% on the base rate of pay! The training is free, no experience required, only an interest in a career where you will compassionately care for our patients and residents. From start to finish, the training program can take anywhere from 1- 4 months. Upon successful completion of the training program, a position awaits you. Becoming a Licensed/Certified Nurse Aide can be just the start of a rewarding career. We offer clinical career pathways as a nurse aide, and we encourage continuation of your nursing education to become an LPN or RN through our tuition assistance program. Non-clinical career ladders are also available. Qualifications *Must obtain certification from a state approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of nurse aide training completion.*Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and visitors to respond to medical and physical needs.
