Join the Genesis Family! The Temporary Nurse Aide Training Program has been implemented due to COVID-19. The Temporary Aide pay rate is $14/hour This is a FREE online 8 hour course. Successful completion of the course will allow you to receive a temporary C.N.A certificate and work as a C.N.A temporarily. This certificate will allow you to start working immediately! Once these certificates expire, as long as you have been successful in the temporary role, Genesis will put you through a C.N.A class for FREE so that you can get your permanent certificate! With the completion of an eight (8) hour temporary nurse aide training class and orientation, you will work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to assist our patients/residents with their activities of daily living (ADLs). A minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma is preferred. This position requires that the employee is able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs.
