Job Description: Odella Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide non-medical support to seniors and individuals in need—right in the comfort of their own homes. Our caregivers play a vital role in promoting dignity, independence, and peace of mind for the clients and families we serve. We’re looking for caring individuals who enjoy helping others and want to make a meaningful difference in their community. Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Provide companionship and emotional support Help with mobility and transfers Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Offer medication reminders Perform light housekeeping and laundry Escort clients to errands or appointments (if applicable) Monitor and report changes in the client's condition Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience as a caregiver (professional or personal) is a plus Ability to pass a background check and drug screening CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required) Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and transfers Benefits: Flexible scheduling Biweekly pay Part-time and PRN shifts available Supportive team environment
