Job Description SEEKING EXPERIENCED AND QUALIFIED CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS WITH CARING HEARTS and CARE MANAGERS! The CNA/Care Manager is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our personal care and reminiscence community. The Care Manager role includes providing hands on care, physical and emotional support as outlined in each resident's Individualized Service Plan (ISP) while maintaining a safe and comfortable home like environment. Additional duties include light housekeeping, laundry and dining services as well as assisting with activities/life skills. We maintain a drug free workplace and must complete pre-employment testing and pass criminal background check prior to employment. We are looking for energetic, caring, and compassionate individuals who are dedicated to the highest level service to fill Full-time, Part-time and per diem candidates for all shifts with a weekend rotation.
