CNA - Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) has the primary responsibility of providing residents assistance with the activities of daily living and ensuring quality care is provided. Job Responsibilities: Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing) Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurse Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned Job Qualifications and Skills: Current nurse aide certification in good standing in the state in which the facility is located Ability to communicate effectively Basic computer skills Demonstrates patience and empathy Company Benefits: Paid Time Off Employee Stock Ownership Program Insurance benefits & 401k Educational Assistance
