What’s in it for you: • $14.00 - $17.00/hr (depending on experience and availability) • $1,000 Sign on Bonus & $1,000 Referral Bonus • Custom Work Schedules to fit your lifestyle • Paid Training & Ongoing Mentorship program • Paid Time Off + Competitive paid benefits • 401K Benefits – 4% Employer Match • Travel Reimbursement • Tap Check: On-Demand Access to Same Day Pay What you’ll be doing: • Provide companionship and conversation • Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation • Medication and appointment reminders • Alzheimer’s Care • Personal care as needed • Assist with running errands & transportation to appointments • Engage in activities as tolerated for entertainment • Provide verbal cues or instructions in order to help clients complete tasks What you need: • Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen • Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance as well as a reliable vehicle • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly / professional manner • Must have compassion and patience • Love Service Areas: Oakland, Downtown, Shadyside, Forest Hills, White Oak, McKeesport, Swissvale Home Instead is an equal opportunity employer.
