Helping patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing and other daily tasks. Performing basic housekeeping chores, such as vacuuming, laundry, dusting, washing dishes. Basic health care services and medication reminder often with general light housekeeping making transportation arrangements as needed. Observing and reporting on patient's conditions. keeping up with in- service training/ Providing a companionship through conversation and activities.
