Certified Home Health Aide

* Looking to fill positions in the Warren, Washington & Saratoga Counties Areas .. * Care is provided by the aide under the supervision of a nurse and is described on the care plan provided for the client. *Responsible for performing and providing care to assigned clients. All care is provided in accordance with Greater Adirondack policy and procedures. * Assist with the care of patients with such duties as: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, walking, transferring, lifting, feeding,and meal preparation. Some travel for errands for the client may be needed. * Ability to push, lift, pull or move a minimum of 50 pounds. *Ability to work effectively with patients families, and co-workers and relate to the ill, elderly or disabled persons. _*TRANSPORTATION IS NECESSARY FOR HOME CARE***
