Home Health Aide (HHA) Job Description
Assist with activities of daily living to include bathing, groomoing, toileting, incontinence care, ambulation and transfer assistance and meal assistance, Encourage resident socialization, with cueing and / or reminders. Report to the LPN supervisior / RN Case Manager. Document all services provided on Care Plans. Remain courteous and respectful to all residents, families and other staff at all times,
Compensation
$17.50 - $19.50 per hour
