Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description
The certified nursing assistant is a valued member of the nursing team and musr embody the Encore philosophy, love of the people, and a commitment to ''make fun of life". The certified nursing assistant supports the Wellness Program Director R.N, and will establish and maintain a high level of assistance, communication, integrity, compassion, honesty and comfortable atmosphere for the residents, their families, and other employees for Deer Trail Assisted Living.
