Caregiver/ Home Care Aide

We are seeking Caregivers to join our team! Irish Help at Home is a non-medical home care agency looking for caregivers to assist in the daily care of elderly individuals in their homes in San Francisco and northern San Mateo County. We have part-time and full-time positions available offering day and night shifts. Our goal is to match caregivers with clients who are both convenient to your own home and a good personal match. Benefits: - Weekly pay with direct deposit - Immediate work available, both full-time and part-time - Opportunity for overtime - Flexible schedule - Paid Sick Leave - Start accruing PSL on your first day of work - Holiday pay - Supportive, reliable staff available 24/7 Qualifications: - Previous experience in personal care or other related fields - Compassionate and caring demeanor - Ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent verbal communication skills Responsibilities: - Assist clients with daily living activities - Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties - Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment Requirements: - Ability to pass fingerprint based Federal, State, and County background checks - Current California State Driver's License or ID - Social Security Card or Workers permit - Current negative TB test (within 24 months; 5 years for chest x-ray) - Covid-19 vaccination record (if vaccinated) - Two client references or with telephone numbers - Register with the CA Home Care Aide Registry (we will assist with new registration if needed!)
