Caregiver Needed - SF

We are in need of a skilled caregiver for our client located in SF. Client is male, mid-late 20's, he was involved in an accident 2 years ago resulting in a full amputation of his left leg and a traumatic brain injury with very limited mobility. He is bed bound and non-verbal, but is very smart and can understand all that is said to him. He has skilled nurse visits as well as OT and PT every week. He has a hoyer lift for transfer to his wheelchair. He wears adult briefs and has a condom catheter, but must be manually transferred to his bedside commode every other day. He needs bathing, all personal care, and to be spoon fed, he also has a feeding tube for supplemental nutrition. This is a very hands on care position, please only apply if you are comfortable with heavy care and must be able to lift 50 lbs. Position begins ASAP.
