Your responsibilities include: ✔Assisting with personal care (hygiene, bathing, toileting, grooming) ✔Supporting mobility (walking assistance, transfers, wheelchairs, canes) ✔Preparing and serving nutritious meals ✔Providing medication reminders ✔Assisting with light housekeeping & errands ✔Offering companionship & emotional support ✔Following personalized care plans and reporting any changes in client condition What We’re Looking For: ✔ High school diploma/GED OR 1+ year of caregiving experience ✔ CNA or HHA certification (preferred but not required) ✔ Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance ✔ Current CPR Certification ✔ Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to helping others Work Expectations: 📌 4-day work schedule (minimum 36 hours per week) 📌 Availability for at least two weekends per month 📌 Overtime opportunities (paid at overtime rate after 40 hours per week) Benefits & Perks: ✔ Earn 1.5 hours of PTO per pay period (after 90-day probation period) ✔ PTO rollover up to 10 hours per year ✔ Hourly pay based on a guaranteed 36-hour work schedule ✔ Career growth opportunities in a supportive team environment Your Work Matters.
