Assisted Living & Skilled Nursing Opportunities

United Methodist Homes, a non-profit senior living organization serving its -140-year mission to provide relationship-centered care, is currently seeking a Full-time C.N.A. to work on our Wesley Village campus located in Shelton, CT in our assisted living settings: Wesley Heights and Crosby Commons. Duties will include but are not limited to: · Assisting residents with daily and periodic personal care needs. · Providing nutrition and caring for needs of residents. · Obtaining temperatures, pulses, respiration, blood pressures, heights, weights, and other unit specific routines. · Contributing to effective communication with residents and other staff members. · Other related tasks, as assigned. Requirements: · Current Connecticut C.N.A. license, in good standing. · Genuine love and respect for seniors. · Ability to work every other weekend and holiday rotation. · Willingness to undergo a complete background check, including physical and drug screen.
