We support individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities who will need you to assist them in their home. Your role will be including but not limited as to: Teaching new skills per the Individualized Service Plan (ISP) Providing educational activities within the home Following participant's care plan to ensure care needs and ADLS are managed as requested Providing access to the community for socialization. Job location(s): Suwanee Lawrenceville Alpharetta Schedule: Varies from 8-40 hours/week depending on the case you are assigned to (Morning shift, Day shift, Evening, possible Weekends, No Overnights) Job Requirements 1.
