Job Description Von & Bick Healthcare Associates is seeking compassionate and dedicated nurses to join our team and provide exceptional home healthcare services to DBHDD patients. We're currently hiring for the following positions: CNA, Caregiver, LPN, and RN. Our services cover North GA, Atlanta, Cobb County, Douglas County, Gwinnett County, Hall County, Lumpkin County, and White County. As a member of our team, you'll collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans that enhance the quality of life for our patients. Key responsibilities include administering medication, monitoring patient health, maintaining accurate medical records, andproviding emotional support and assistance in a respectful and empathetic manner. To be considered for this meaningful work, you must hold a current state CNA, LPN, or RN license in good standing, have experience working with DBHDD or special needs patients, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have reliable transportation for home visits.
