Job Description: D&D Home Health Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in providing high-quality, in-home care to clients. Our caregivers play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. --- Responsibilities: Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding Assist with mobility and transfers (e.g., from bed to wheelchair) Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary Monitor and document client condition and report changes to supervisor Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, vacuuming, and dishwashing Provide companionship and emotional support Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols Escort clients to appointments or errands if needed --- Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred Must have one or more of the following: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) Certified Medication Technician (CMT) – a plus 1+ year caregiving experience (formal or informal) Must pass background check and drug screening Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if transporting clients) Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with physical transfers --- Benefits: Flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, and live-in available) Competitive hourly pay Ongoing training and career development Supportive and respectful work environment Referral bonuses Direct deposit ---- Schedule: Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available Part-time and full-time options
