We start well above minimum wage and increases are based on strong work ethics and personal drive to excel.
Hard workers will be compensated very nicely.
There is a Probationary Period where we all can see if this is a fit for everyone involved with the care of our residents.

Needed hours are Sat/Sun 7:30 to bedtime with additional hours M-F 4 to bedtime.
