Health and Wellness Coordinator, RN

Seeking Registered Nurse with experience working with vulnerable populations and Assisted Living requirements to fill Health and Wellness Coordinator, RN position. Part-time position with up to 30 hours per week. Possible growth of position will occur with growth of the organization. Job duties include: - Performance of comprehensive and ongoing assessments on a regular basis - Establish and update service plans for residents - Supervise caregivers for adherence of care plans, policies and procedures, and safe practice - Coordination of resident’s schedule including scheduling appointments - Professional and timely communication with providers and guardians - Supervise medication administration - Intermittent skilled nursing services Requirements: - A current unencumbered license to practice as an RN in Washington State - At least one year experience in assisted living or other relevant experience - Leadership and Communication skills - Ability to problem solve and make independent decisions Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid vacation/sick/holiday leave, flexibility, and an incredible team!
