Responsibilities: Follows the care plan to assist the client in maintaining a healthful, safe environment Performs only those functions specified for each individual client on the care plan Receives and follows instructions from our Care Director Is knowledge of and adheres to all our policies and procedures Is able to demonstrate competency in all areas of training for client services Assists persons at home in managing and maintaining a household, dressing, meal prep and incidental household tasks
