Home Care Aide (HCA) Job Description
Caring for individuals in their home helping with activities of daily living. Including, but not limited to, meal prep, light housekeeping, bathing, errand running, or just companionship. We are a licensed homecare agency not providing skilled level care, so no CNA certification required. We will train as needed. We serve Livingston, McLean, Ford, and Iroquios Counties of Illinois. Requirements: Caring and compassionate demeanor Willing to drive to client homes Flexibility Able to work independently Base pay is $13/hour, with an incentive program based on hours worked. Possibility of mileage pay based on client location.
