· Assist the client with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nutritional intake. · Assist the client with ambulation, transfers, and/or range of motion exercises (Hoyer lift). · Assist the client with activities of daily living such as shopping, homemaking, preparing meals, and maintaining a clean and safe physical environment. · Promote a safe client environment. · Utilize infection control measures such as hand washing and personal protective equipment.
