Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Job Description

Need someone who can work independently to oversee the care of the residents. We have 42 residents.  Check vital signs, medication management, coordinate activities with doctors, nurses, and physical therapists. LVN and RCFE administrator license desired. Good attitude is highly desired.
