Caregiver / Personal Care Attendant– Part-Time or Full-Time!

We value your time and commitments, which is why we offer flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle, work, or school needs. ________________________________________ What We Offer Competitive Pay: $20–$25 per hour + overtime for extended shifts Weekly Pay: Every Friday Flexible Shifts: Full-time or part-time (12, 8, or 4 hours) Comprehensive Benefits: o 401(k) retirement plan with company match. o Medical insurance o Paid sick leave o Holiday pay (time and a half; double time on major holidays) o Mileage reimbursement Support & Recognition: • Paid training • Employee recognition and referral programs • 24/7 on-call support Responsibilities As a Personal Care Attendant, you will: • Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) • Help with mobility and safe transfers • Provide companionship and emotional support • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation • Offer medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations) • Maintain communication with clients, families, and the care team • Document client well-being and care activities Requirements • Eligibility to work in the U.S. • California Home Care Aide Registration/HCA/PER ID (or willing to register and we can assist) • TB test (required) • At least 1 year of home care experience (CNA or HHA is a plus) • COVID-19 vaccination record or booster (if available) • Reliable transportation. • Punctual and dependable. • Passionate about helping seniors.
