Our agency is expanding and looking for compassionate, dedicated, and caring caregivers who are committed to providing excellent care for our patients and clients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1.Providing personal care services according to the plan of care, such as:
-Maintaining a clean, safe and healthy environment
-Bed, sponge, tub or shower bathing
-Shampooing in sink, tub or shower
-Assisting with toileting, elimination, and oral hygiene
2.Applying safety principles and proper body mechanics to the performance of specific techniques of personal and supportive care such as ambulation of clients, transferring clients, and assisting with the normal range of motion.
3.Preparing and provides adequate nutrition and fluid intake.
4.Performing homemaking and other environmental services that facilitate receiving sanitary and safe care at home.
5.Observes, reports and documents changes in client status or expectations of service promptly to a supervisor or management.
