We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and dedicated individual to provide personal care and assistance to clients in their day-to-day lives. The role involves a range of responsibilities aimed at promoting the client’s well-being, independence, and quality of life, including but not limited to: Personal Care: Assist with activities such as bathing, showering, grooming, and dressing. Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety. Meal Planning and Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to the client’s dietary needs and preferences. Assist with feeding when necessary, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration. Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, tidying up, and laundry. Social Interaction and Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to encourage social interaction, emotional well-being, and companionship. Emotional Support: Provide emotional reassurance and a caring presence to ensure the client feels supported and valued. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm and empathetic demeanor, and the ability to manage tasks with efficiency and attention to detail. Experience in caregiving or a similar role is a plus, but a caring attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
