We are hiring a compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to support a medically fragile client in West Hempstead
- One-on-one care

Job Requirements:
- Must have valid NYS Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification.
- Proficient in English, Bilingual Preferred
- Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty
Best Match for This Client:
- Fluent in Haitian Creole to support communication
- Experienced with or comfortable with performing transfers for bed-bound clients
- Confident providing hands-on care for medically fragile individuals

Job Responsibilities:
- Enhancing clients' well-being and quality of life as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).
- Provide direct client care, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
- Provide transportation, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping as needed.
- Support clients in completing activities of daily living.
- Influence clients' quality of life through promoting patient safety, hygiene, healthy eating, medication adherence, clean environments, happiness, and social engagement.
- Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
As a PCA or HHA, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' health and happiness by delivering compassionate and reliable care.
