We are looking for a LPN that will regularly assesses the needs of clients receiving nursing services. We are a Private-in-Home Care for children with a medical condition and diagnosed with special needs. Qualifications: Georgia LPN License Clean criminal background check Negative TB test Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): One to one patient care in a home environment Execution of physicians prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies Patient assessments, coordination of care Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour Medical specialties: Home Health Standard shift: Day shift Evening shift Night shift Supplemental schedule: On call Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday Rotating weekends Weekend availability License/Certification: LVN (Preferred) BLS Certification (Preferred) Work Location: One location
