LPN

~ALL NEW HIRES, MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED WITH THE COVID-19 VACCINE~ Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility provides skilled long term and short-term care to residents in a beautiful household environment. We are accepting applications for new employees that are seeking employment as Licensed Practical Nurse in our Facility. Experience in a long-term care setting and computer experience are a plus, but not required.  Applicant must hold current Michigan license as an LPN. LPN positions are currently available on varying shifts: days, afternoon and midnights with flexible 8 and 12 hours shifts. Eligible for benefits after 90 calendar day probationary period is completed. Benefit package included but not limited to: Health, Optical, Dental, retirement plan, paid personal and sick days, optional AFLAC policies, and along with other GREAT employee incentives. *Other Compensation includes $2.35 per hour State Funded COVID pay **Subject to State Legislation Renewal Shift differential of $2.00 along with weekend differential of $.50. Overtime incentives include additional $200 for each additional 4 hour block that is picked up, plus time and a half.
