Home Care Pediatric Nurse Responsibilities:
Administering care plan according to Physician instructions and with close supervision of Registered Nurse
Assisting parents with feeding tube for infant, administering medication if necessary and care as outlined in care plan.

M-F 4pm -9pm to start
Hours to increase subsequently

Home Care Nurse Requirements:
LPN state License.
Relevant license and certification.
Experience in pediatric care.
Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
The ability to follow instructions but also to act independently if necessary.
Excellent report writing skills.
Active listening skills and empathy.
Physical and mental strength.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transport may be required.
