Carillon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 315 bed facility located in Huntington, New York. We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to work well under the direction of the Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care of residents Receive, report , and count controlled drugs with out going shift Provide for physical comfort and safety of residents Assist in emergency resuscitative procedures Make rounds on resident rooms Qualifications 1 year long term care or sub acute experience preferred Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program 1199 Union EOE
