MD Parker Home Services offers private duty, non-medical home care services to elderly and disabled clients in the comfort of their own residence. We work as a team to achieve high standard in-home care. To be successful in this position, candidates must have a high sense of urgency to stay on task with a variety of priorities. In addition, successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, focus on delivering exceptional client services engagement, and home care industry experience. Responsibilities: • Conduct New Client Care Assessment and Care Plan Development • Respond to questions regarding client and caregivers’ schedules • Notifies clients with basic information on caregivers, service start date and times caregivers will be providing care • Develops and documents Client Care Plans • Familiarize caregiver with client information, direction, time and basic introduction of clients' needs and diagnoses • Completes Assessment document • Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients • Update the office team on scheduling issues and HR recruitment needs • Maintain computer schedules and ensure timely data entry for clients and caregivers • Maintain confidentiality of all information pertaining to employees and clients Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the management team • Reports directly to the Executive Director Required Skills and Experience: • Associates Degree or higher • Proficient in MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Flexibility and good time management skills A MUST • 3+ years of home care or Health care experience strongly preferred • 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Scheduling Manager and/or managing customer service within a healthcare setting; knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations. • Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills. • Valid driver’s license; valid state required proof of auto insurance. • Strong phone skills • Strong Problem-Solving skills • Ability to multi-task and work well under time pressure • Positive, friendly, and approachable attitude and ability to work well in a close, team environment • On-call required - rotating • ** Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check Benefits Includes: • Competitive Salary • Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits • Bonus plan • Vacation Time • Career growth If you have a sincere desire to change lives, help others, a work ethic founded on excellence, dependability, integrity, and authenticity apply today.
