CareGivers America, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an RN/LPN responsible for providing high-quality services to our home care private duty clients. We are looking for someone who will become a trusted part of our this boy's care team and support system. Child has complex medical needs requiring skilled nursing oversight, including monitoring and managing episodic medical conditions. He also benefits from structured support related to developmental differences. He is happiest when caregivers are calm, patient, and attentive. This position involves providing skilled nursing care while also supporting him in daily routines, school-related activities, and community participation as appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Ongoing assessment and monitoring of health status
- Administration of prescribed medications
- Recognition and response to episodic medical events
- Collaboration with parents and healthcare providers
- Support with daily living activities as needed
- Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Experience with neurological or cardiac-related care is a plus
- Comfortable working with children with developmental differences
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Calm demeanor and strong observational skills
