Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description

Our Committed Hours Pay program, pays you more money when you commit to additional hours. For example, an employee that commits to 72-80 hours per pay period will earn an additional $2.50 per hour and an additional $2 per hour for 56-71 hours per pay period. Need less than 56 hours per pay period, no problem! 16-55 hours per pay period are eligible for $1-1.50 more per hour. We are seeking compassionate full & part-time LPNs on all shifts to join our team. We have Monday-Friday PM shift Rehab LPN and LPN Monday-Friday position, and a part-time NOC shift LPN Sunday-Thursday position available. We offer a $3,000 Sign On Bonus that is contingent on 64 committed hours worked per pay period. We also have an exciting 16/24 Status position available. The 16/24 Status is the perfect solution for those that have busy week days as the position only requires working 3 weekends per month with the bonus of an increased rate of pay. The position would work 16 hours in a weekend and be paid for 24 hours. The LPN will provide direct supervision to CNAs and other non-licensed personnel assigned to the unit. The LPN will comply with all pharmaceutical policies, observe residents and make appropriate intervention, assist with the development and communication of resident care plans, comply with standards of professional documentation, communicate and manage the delivery of resident care in a dignified and respectful manner. To be considered for this exciting opportunity the qualified applicant will hold a current LPN license in the State of Wisconsin.
