Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will be responsible for providing quality resident care and nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or licensed physician in a long-term care facility. Key Responsibilities: Assign and supervise care provided by CMAs and CNAs. Administer medications, maintain accurate documentation, and carry out physician orders. Monitor resident conditions, report any changes, and assist in implementing care interventions. Maintain a positive and supportive environment for residents' physical, social, and emotional well-being. Ensure compliance with all nursing protocols and regulations. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Licensed to practice as an LPN in the state of Oklahoma. CPR & First Aid certified. Previous experience in long-term care preferred. Dependable and reliable, with strong attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Strong communication and organizational skills.
