Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, the Medical Director, and the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor, to ensure that the highest degree of quality of care is maintained at all times. Must have thorough knowledge of nursing, techniques, practices and specialized procedures applied, and equipment used, in the assigned unit. Up-to-date physical assessment skills and comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles are required. Must be CPR certified.
