$15,000.00 HIRING BONUS ~COMPETITIVE WAGES~BENEFITS Seasons Healthcare is looking for a compassionate nurse to join our team. We are a 31-bed skilled nursing facility located in Trimont, MN. We are a team of family orientated care providers that are centered and committed to our resident's, family, culture change and having fun! Long-term care experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual. Full-time, Part-time and Casual positions available on all shifts. Shift differentials for evening and night shift. These positions are on a block schedule- which makes it easy to schedule around. These positions include every other weekend and every other holiday. Requirement and duties: *Licensed as RN or LPN within the State of MN *Coordinate and deliver resident care reflecting our Core Values of, Dignity, Humor, Passion and Integrity. *Responsible for the safety of our Residents and Staff *Ensure that all duties and responsibilities of staff are completed during the assigned shift *Perform charting and vital signs as scheduled *Prepare and transcribe physicians orders and assist with physician rounds to coordinate care *Other duties as assigned Employees benefits include "work today, get paid tomorrow", PTO, on the job training, employee meal benefit, and qualify for benefits like, 401(k), Dental, Vision and Medical.
