We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our growing team. Position Details Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Shift: Full-Time NOC Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience Additionally: Looking for per diem LVN on all shifts Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and facility policies Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely Monitor and document residents’ conditions and report changes to the RN and/or physician Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff as assigned Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including infection control and safety standards Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Current, active LVN license in the state of California Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred, but not required Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Ability to work independently during overnight shifts Why Join Meadowbrook Post Acute?
