Position Qualifications: Graduate of an approved school of vocational nursing Currently licensed in the state of California Experience in home health care, knowledge of equipment utilized by patients as well as forms and paperwork necessary for documentation. Car with valid license & insurance Duties: • Assistance with Daily Living Activities • Catheter Care • Diabetic Management • Health Supervision • Home safety assessments • Medication Management • Monitoring Health Status • Monitoring skin conditions • Venipuncture or blood draws • Wound Care and Management We need individuals who can travel to our client’s home OPENING POSITION IS 12 HOUR SHIFT AM/PM 7 DAYS A WEEK We look forward to hearing from you!
