LVN Needed - Field Nurse for Home Health Care

We are seeking LVNs interested in Per Diem visits to provide skilled nursing to patients within their home. Our ideal candidate must be compliant and punctual with shifts and paperwork. Good communication skills with staff and multidisciplinary team is required. Candidate must have a reliable method of transportation and have open availability for shifts of interest.
