3-11 LPN Position

Tower Lodge Care Center is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse who can make a difference in the lives of elderly patients. We're looking for an individual who excels at building relationships with patients and their families and can readily help patients with activities of daily living. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated staff who are passionate about providing excellent service to our patients. Responsibilities: -Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment. -Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager -Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC -Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly -Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided -Admitting new residents *COVID Vaccination Required
