Community Homes Staff Position - ADA

Providing a safe, nurturing environment for individuals with intellectual disabilities i.e. autism, down syndrome and other developmental disabilities since 1954, where they can reside and receive supports which promote independence, self-sufficiency, and personal goal attainment. We offer training in life, social, and vocational skills; job opportunities; and varied recreational activities in a family-style, congregate setting. In addition to working on skills related to performing specific job tasks, a job coach also helps with interpersonal skills necessary in the workplace. Direct care staff day or night shifts. Shifts are 12 hours - working 3 days one week and 4 days the next week with a 3-day weekend every other week. Overtime available. Paid training!
