Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description
The Personal Care Aide (PCA) provides assistance and support to individuals with daily living activities in their home or care setting. Responsibilities include helping with personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility support, and companionship. The PCA ensures a safe and comfortable environment while promoting independence and dignity for each client. This position offers up to 5 days per week with a flexible schedule and is paid biweekly.
