Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description

Family Home Health has retained its ownership, management, and staff while re-introducing itself as Craft Health. Craft Health is a growing home health agency based in Boulder. We are looking for Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to work with special needs individuals and the elderly in the home to promote safe and healthy daily activities. This position is responsible for providing hands-on personal care to participants within the participant's home and some driving is required to travel between participants' homes. We are looking for help with work in Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Longmont and the surrounding communities with duties including, but not limited to: -companionship -meal preparation -getting groceries -assisting with ADLs -light housekeeping -assisting with walking and transferring -assisting with bathing -assisting with personal care We're pleased to offer our Personal Care Workers: -Flexible scheduling to fit your needs -Competitive wages -Opportunity to make a difference in the community -An entry level health care role that looks great on a resume Note: A vehicle is required because it does involve driving from participant to participant **Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
