CustomCARE is one of the larger PCA agencies in Minnesota that serves children, adults with disabilities, and the elderly population. We are currently seeking PCAs and homemakers to assist clients with personal cares, activities of daily living, errand running, homemaking, homework help, and outings in the community.
One client, an adult quadriplegic female in Apple Valley, MN needs assistance with personal care, home management and quality of life. Caregiver is provided with on-site training, full care plan and support from family.
· Morning cares
· Bathing: Total Assistance
· Skin Care
· Hair Care: Total Assistance
· Oral Care
· Dress/Undress
· Peri-Care
· Clean/Change catheter bag
· Assist RN in process of changing catheter (when required)
· Bowel Program
· Transfers: Non-standing/Pivot board
· Positioning
· Range of Motion Exercises
· Prepare bed at night
· Transfer into bed at night
· Put on BPAP and turn on machine
· Prepare meals
Immediate need for these shifts:
Sunday-Friday 7pm-6am (Nights Flexible)
